ABOUT  US

MANU TILES is an artistic brand specialising in the design and manufacture of original tiles for both interiors and exteriors. The company was founded in 2024 and is based in Prague, but our tiles are used in projects throughout the Czech Republic and abroad.

Behind the brand are two enthusiasts for aesthetics, craftsmanship and design – Ing. Jana Novotná and Jakub Březina. Jana is an abstract artist, whilst Jakub is a long-standing joiner specialising in designer furniture. Our shared aim was to create a concept that would combine visual sensibility, craftsmanship and a distinctive approach to space. We were fascinated by Moroccan tiles – their texture, colour palette, history and the effect they have in interiors. However, we longed for greater freedom. We wanted the opportunity to design our own patterns, colours and shapes – and that was precisely what was missing from the Czech market. And so the idea for MANU TILES was born.

We set off for Morocco, where we found an eco-friendly and certified workshop that meets European production standards and allows us to bring our own designs to life. It is there that our handcrafted zellige, terrazzo, cement and designer tiles are created today, combining traditional techniques with a modern approach. We also produce tiled furniture.

We collaborate with architects and designers, who can create their own patterns or collections with us. Furthermore, every customer has the option to choose their own colour scheme and coordinate the tiles precisely to suit the character of their project.

Our mission is to bring originality, craftsmanship and soul to any space.
