Manu Studio s.r.o. processes personal data and analyses visitor behaviour on the website www.manutiles.com in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation").

B) Submitting the contact form to request a catalogue

When you use the contact form, the following personal data is processed:

  • Your email address;
  • IP address;

The processing of personal data – email addresses – is permitted under Article 6(1)(b). It is necessary to process this personal data to enable communication between you and the Controllers. The Controllers process personal data as follows:

Our catalogue will be sent to you by email.

The IP address is stored to enable the detection of any spamming activities and to prevent such activities by blocking access for these IP addresses. This processing is permitted under Article 6(1)(f) of the Regulation – the legitimate interests of the Data Controllers. You have the right to object to this processing of your IP address by contacting us at manutiles@email.cz.

Consent to this processing of personal data is voluntary, but it is a necessary prerequisite for the fulfilment of this purpose, and is given for as long as it is not withdrawn.

Please note that under the Regulation, you have the right to: withdraw your consent at any time, for example by sending an email or letter to the company's contact details at manutiles@email.cz.

  • request access to this data from us and have it updated or corrected, or request a restriction on processing,
  • to request that we erase this personal data,
  • to object to the processing of personal data on the grounds of a legitimate interest,
  • to data portability, where the personal data is processed automatically on the basis of your consent or for the performance of a contract,
  • in the event of doubts regarding the lawful processing of personal data, to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection or to take the matter to court.
